We use a range of therapeutic methods, individually tailored to each person, to promote our patients’ mental health and well-being.
We treat a broad spectrum of issues, from interpersonal relationship challenges within marriages and families to dealing with life crises, bereavement, trauma, and grief. We counsel patients who suffer from mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolar personality disorder.
We leverage our clinical experience to help patients cope with behavioural and cognitive issues resulting from injuries and brain trauma, as well as from conditions related to stroke, epilepsy, and neurological disease.
We work with individuals of all ages in Double Bay and the Eastern Suburbs, including couples and families, using advanced psychological therapy methods which help:
Improve self-esteem and self-confidence, promoting better workplace dynamics, and developing leadership skills.
Manage anxiety, depression, and stress.
Address behavioural issues such as anger management.
Process loss, grief, and bereavement.
Make interpersonal relationships healthier, including marriage, parent-child, and other relationships.
Promote sexual health, gender identity, and self-acceptance.
Treat sleep difficulties, eating disorders, and addictions.
Facilitate rehabilitation after injury or stroke and coping with chronic pain.
Our objective is to help our patients achieve their personal growth goals, mental well-being, and full cognitive capabilities. This work will assist patients in both interpersonal and professional relationships and will ultimately result in them living a more fulfilling life.
We work with patients face-to-face in Double Bay and also provide counselling through phone and video calls. We always maintain full confidentiality and practice the high ethical standards expected among registered clinical psychologists, so you can always be certain of your privacy with us.
