We welcome referrals under the Better Access to Mental Health Care, WorkCover/CTP, NDIS, and Private pathways.

1. Medicare (Better Access to Mental Health Care)
Patients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) are eligible for Medicare-rebated sessions.

2. Workers Compensation / CTP
We are SIRA-approved psychologists providing treatment and recovery support for injured workers and drivers.

3. NDIS (Self-Managed or Plan-Managed)
We provide therapy for participants under Improved Daily Living supports.
Referrals can be emailed directly to admin@iflowpsychology.com.au.
4. Private / Non-Medicare
Patients may attend privately with or without a referral.
Private health rebates may apply depending on their fund and cover.

How do I refer a patient to iflow Psychology?
Fax the referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan (if applicable) to (02) 8076 8499
or email admin@iflowpsychology.com.au.
Our team confirms receipt within 24 hours and contacts the patient directly to arrange an appointment.
Patients can also book online via our Booking Page.
Which referral pathways do you accept?

Do you provide telehealth services?
Yes. We offer secure video consultations for eligible patients across NSW and Australia.
Telehealth sessions follow the same confidentiality and Medicare standards as in-person appointments.
How soon will my patient be contacted after I send a referral?
Within one business day, our administrative team will reach out to your patient to schedule their first session.
If there are any delays or we cannot reach the patient, we will notify your practice.
Will I receive updates about my patient’s progress?
Yes. With patient consent, we provide timely updates and summaries consistent with Medicare and professional guidelines.
We value collaboration and maintain communication with referrers throughout treatment.
