Affordable and accessible psychology services in Gladesville and across NSW
At iflow Psychology, we believe that everyone deserves respectful, compassionate, and culturally sensitive psychological care. Access and Funding Options
At iflow Psychology, we believe mental health care should be accessible, transparent, and affordable.
We provide a range of funding pathways so you can focus on your well-being — not the paperwork.
Our psychologists offer Medicare-rebated, NDIS, WorkCover/CTP, and private sessions, both in-person at our Gladesville clinic and via telehealth across NSW.
Medicare Rebates
You may be eligible for a rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Program.
To claim:
-
Visit your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician for a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral to iflow Psychology.
 -
Attend your appointment — we’ll process your Medicare rebate instantly through our secure claiming system.

Tip: Bring your referral and MHTP to your first appointment or upload it via our online intake form.
Current rebate: $93.35 per session (as per 2025 schedule).
Gap fees vary by clinician and session type — please contact reception for details.
NDIS Participants
We welcome NDIS clients who are plan-managed or self-managed.
Our psychologists support participants in achieving goals related to:
-
Emotional regulation and resilience
 -
Behavioural and relationship difficulties
 -
Adjustment, trauma, and anxiety management
 -
Social participation and daily functioning

We work closely with support coordinators, plan managers, and families to ensure consistency and accountability in care.

Obtain a referral from your GP under WorkCover or CTP provisions.
 -
Ensure your insurer or case manager issues written approval for psychological sessions.
 -
We’ll handle session reporting, progress updates, and billing directly to the insurer.

Private Health Insurance and Self-Funded Clients
You can access our services without a referral at any time.
Many private health insurance providers offer rebates for psychology under extras cover.
Check with your health fund to confirm eligibility and rebate amounts.
Self-funded sessions are available for clients preferring complete privacy, those between referrals, or those seeking flexible long-term therapy options.
Payments are processed securely on the day of your appointment. Invoices and receipts are provided immediately.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your employer may cover sessions through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
We offer EAP services to organisations and employees seeking short-term, solution-focused support for:
-
Stress, burnout, or workplace conflict
 -
Mental health and performance concerns

Relationship or family difficulties

If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, speak with your HR department or contact us directly — we can liaise with your provider confidentially.
Telehealth Services (Video or Phone)
We provide secure telehealth sessions across NSW via video or phone.
Telehealth is ideal for clients in remote areas, with mobility limitations, or who prefer therapy from home.
✅ Telehealth sessions attract the same Medicare, private, or NDIS rebates as in-person consultations.

FAQs About Our Approach to Care
Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?
No referral is required for private sessions. A referral is only needed if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate.
Can I use both Medicare and private health insurance?
You can claim from one source per session. You may use private health insurance once your Medicare-eligible sessions are complete.
Are telehealth sessions covered by Medicare?
Yes. If you have a valid MHTP referral, telehealth sessions attract the same rebate as in-person sessions.
Can you see NDIS participants who are agency-managed?
Yes. Our Gladesville clinic is fully wheelchair accessible and accommodates sensory needs.
