FAQs
Do you offer remote-only roles?
Our focus is in-clinic work in Gladesville. Telehealth is used when clients cannot attend in-person, where clinically appropriate.
Is supervision available?
Yes — AHPRA-endorsed supervision is available depending on pathway and role.
Are there minimum hours?
Yes. To support continuity of care and referral stability, contractors are expected to offer a minimum of four hours of availability per week. Caseloads remain flexible and are discussed during onboarding.
Do you support niche areas of practice?
Yes. We encourage clinicians to develop interest areas within competence (e.g., trauma, ADHD, couples, EAP, WorkCover/SIRA, NDIS).
Why is your model different from room rental?
Our contract structure reflects the infrastructure, staffing, governance, safety systems, and technology required for responsible private practice — allowing clinicians to practise without operational burden.
What level of commitment is expected?
While session volumes are flexible, contractors are expected to maintain agreed availability and communicate changes in a timely and professional manner to support clients, colleagues, and clinic operations.
