Psychologist Jobs in Gladesville, Sydney
Contract-based in-clinic psychologist roles with full administrative support, clinical governance, and structured caseloads with negotiated flexibility.
At iflow Psychology, we welcome AHPRA-registered psychologists and allied health professionals seeking professionally governed, structured private practice roles within a professionally governed, values-driven clinic.
Based in Gladesville, Sydney, we offer contract-based opportunities for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, safety, and professional infrastructure — without the operational, administrative, or compliance burden of running a practice independently.

Current Opportunities
Roles are updated regularly. If no current opportunity matches your experience or availability, confidential expressions of interest are welcome and reviewed as suitable roles arise.

FAQs
Why is your contract structure different to room-rental or low-overhead practices?
Our contract structure reflects the significant infrastructure, administrative staffing, technology, safety systems, assessment resources, and clinical governance provided. This model allows clinicians to practise without the financial risk, compliance burden, or operational workload of running an independent practice.
Do you offer fully remote roles?
Our focus is primarily in-clinic work in Gladesville. Telehealth may complement in-person sessions where clinically appropriate.
Is supervision available?
Yes — AHPRA-endorsed supervision is available depending on role and pathway.
Are there minimum hours?
Caseloads are flexible and discussed during onboarding to ensure sustainable practice.
Do you support niche areas of practice?
Yes. We encourage clinicians to develop interest areas within competence (e.g. trauma, ADHD, couples, EAP, WorkCover/SIRA, NDIS).
What level of commitment is expected?
While session volumes are flexible, contractors are expected to maintain agreed availability and communicate changes in a timely and professional manner to support clients, colleagues, and clinic operations.
Important Note
All clinical roles at iflow Psychology are offered on an independent contractor basis unless otherwise specified.
