This is a contract-based, in-clinic private practice role for a Clinical Psychologist with Higher Endorsement, providing evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and treatment to adolescents and adults with moderate to complex mental health presentations.


The role offers a steady referral stream, full administrative support, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, formulation-driven clinical care within a structured, ethical, and well-governed environment. Session blocks are agreed collaboratively and may include morning, afternoon, and evening availability.

Where does it sit in the practice?

This role sits within the core clinical mental health services of iflow Psychology’s Gladesville clinic.


Clinical Psychologists in this role contribute to primary service offerings including psychological assessment and treatment, and may develop areas of clinical interest within competence (e.g. trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, complex presentations, personality factors, workplace-related mental health).


You will work alongside experienced psychologists within a supportive, collegial team, while maintaining independence as a contractor.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment to adolescents and adults

  • Conduct comprehensive assessment and clinical formulation

  • Manage moderate to complex mental health presentations

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and professional correspondence

  • Collaborate with referrers and other services where appropriate

  • Participate in supervision and continuing professional development

  • Uphold privacy, informed consent, cultural safety, and AHPRA/APS ethical standards

What You’ll Need

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist

  • Higher Endorsement in Clinical Psychology

  • Strong assessment, formulation, and treatment skills

  • Experience working with moderate to complex presentations

  • Clear, professional written communication skills

  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

  • Working With Children Check

  • National Criminal History Check

  • Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility)

  • ABN for contracting
