How many sessions will I need?

It varies by goals, concerns, and pace of change. We’ll discuss a plan after your first session and review it regularly.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We provide secure video or phone sessions across NSW when clinically appropriate.

Can I use Medicare rebates?

If eligible with a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan, Medicare rebates may apply. See Fees & Medicare for current details.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. We follow legal and ethical standards. We’ll explain limits to confidentiality (e.g., safety) at your first appointment.
