Counselling Psychologist – In-Clinic (Gladesville)

What is this role?

This is a contract-based, in-clinic private practice role for a Counselling Psychologist with Higher Endorsement, providing evidence-based psychological therapy and formulation-driven care to adolescents and adults.

The role offers a steady referral stream, full administrative support, and the opportunity to focus on high-quality therapeutic work within a structured, ethical, and well-governed clinical environment. Session blocks are agreed collaboratively and may include morning, afternoon, and evening availability.

Where does it sit in the practice?

This role sits within the core counselling and therapy services of iflow Psychology’s Gladesville clinic.

Clinicians in this role contribute to the practice’s primary service offerings, including individual therapy and psychological formulation, and may develop areas of clinical interest within competence (e.g. trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, identity, workplace stress).

You will work alongside experienced psychologists within a supportive, collegial team, while maintaining independence as a contractor.
