What is this role?
This is a contract-based, in-clinic private practice role for a Registered Psychologist providing evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to adolescents and adults.
The role offers a steady referral stream, full administrative support, and the opportunity to focus on high-quality clinical work within a well-governed, supportive clinical environment. Session blocks are agreed collaboratively and may include morning, afternoon, and evening availability.

Where does it sit in the practice?
This role sits within the core clinical services of iflow Psychology’s Gladesville clinic.
Clinicians in this role contribute to the practice’s primary service offerings, including individual therapy and psychological assessment, and may develop areas of clinical interest within competence (e.g. trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, workplace mental health).
You will work alongside a team of experienced psychologists within a structured, supportive practice framework, while maintaining independence as a contractor.

What You’ll Do
Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to adolescents and adults
Maintain accurate clinical records and professional correspondence
Participate in supervision and continuing professional development
Collaborate with referrers and other services where appropriate
Uphold privacy, informed consent, cultural safety, and AHPRA/APS ethical standards
What You’ll Need
Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
Experience delivering evidence-based psychological services
Competence across assessment, formulation, and therapy
Clear, professional written communication skills
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility)
ABN for contracting
