How iflow Psychology can help
We offer culturally responsive therapy that acknowledges the role of community, culture and family in shaping wellbeing. Our psychologists listen with cultural curiosity and provide space for clients to explore identity, migration experiences, intergenerational conflict and personal challenges. Support may include coping strategies, communication skills, navigating cross-cultural relationships, reducing stress and developing self-confidence. We can also collaborate with interpreters when needed to support clear and comfortable communication.
