Vocational Assessment & Career Counselling Program
Supporting Teenagers & Young Adults to Plan a Meaningful Future
Available for ages approx. 15–27 (in person or online)
Many young people leave school unsure of their identity, interests, or career direction. Traditional schooling often emphasises performance rather than purpose, and students can feel lost when choosing jobs, courses, or life direction.

Additional Information
Choosing a pathway after school can feel overwhelming—especially when interests change, motivation fluctuates, or study commitments do not fit well with personal strengths. Many young people experience uncertainty, decision fatigue, or self-doubt during this period of transition.
Our vocational support recognises that a career is not a single decision but a developmental journey. We focus on building self-awareness, confidence, and realistic next-step planning, so young people feel ready to enter work or further study with clarity and direction.
Support may also include preparing job applications, planning training options, identifying bridging pathways, or developing early workplace skills such as communication, teamwork and responsibility.
Career development is not simply “choosing a job.” It is an evolving process where identity, life goals, opportunities, and experience shape direction over time. Our approach helps clients understand how to adapt to change, revise decisions when needed, and make choices that align with their personal values, abilities and wellbeing.
