Q: Do you offer couples counselling or individual sessions about relationships?
A: Both. We offer counselling for couples together, and for individuals seeking to explore relational concerns on their own.
Q: Can we do sessions if my partner is unwilling to attend?
A: Yes. Relationship therapy can begin with just one partner. It often helps improve relational patterns even if both people are not yet ready to engage.
Q: Are your services LGBTQIA+ inclusive?
A: Absolutely. We are an inclusive, affirming practice that welcomes all relationship types and identities.
Q: Can I access relationship counselling if I live outside of Sydney?
A: Yes. We provide secure telehealth services across NSW and Australia.
Q: Can I get a Medicare rebate for couples therapy?
A: Medicare rebates are available for individual therapy with a valid Mental Health Care Plan. Couples sessions are not rebated under Medicare unless the primary focus is on one partner’s mental health.
