Please note that we are not a mental health crisis service. Our services are only available during psychology clinic hours and are not accessible between booked psychologist appointments.

If you are in crisis and require urgent access to adult mental health crisis services or youth mental health crisis services, we recommend reaching out to the following mental health services in Australia:

 

Ambulance:

Lifeline:

You can contact Lifeline at 131 114 for 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Kids Helpline:
